Our next GriefShare session begins Sunday evening, September 13th, from 6:00–7:30 PM. GriefShare is a caring support group for anyone who is grieving the loss of a loved one. Each session offers a welcoming place to find encouragement, practical help, and support from others who understand how difficult the journey through grief can be. Whether your loss is recent or happened some time ago, you are welcome to join us.

Operation Christmas Child

In September we need School Supplies ✏️ School Supplies 📚 We need to start collecting school supplies for our shoe box children. Remember they have to have their own supplies or they can’t attend school!! We will be needing the following:  6 inch plastic rulers, boxes of 12 colored pencils, dry paint boxes, coloring books, boxes of 24 crayons, #2 pencils, 8.5 x 11 spiral notebooks, loose leaf notebook paper, colored 8.5 x 11 construction paper, children’s scissors, 3x5 ruled index cards, glue sticks, erasers, pencil sharpeners and ink pens (blue, black and red). How many of each?  Ask God to lead you, the need is great.  Monetary gifts also needed, to purchase everyday items.  Questions see Karen White.

Table of Care Ministry
Life brings seasons when a little extra support can make all the difference. Whether celebrating the arrival of a new baby, walking through the loss of an immediate family member, or recovering from major surgery. The Table of Care Ministry, is designed to bless individuals and families in our church by providing two prepared meals during these significant times. It is a simple but meaningful way to show love, compassion, and the heart of Christ. Right now, the cost of these meals has been carried by just a few generous individuals. As this ministry grows, we are inviting those that are able to come alongside and share in this opportunity to serve. You can help by giving through your tithing envelope (please write “Table of Care” on the envelope) or give online via Easy Tithe and select “Table of Care” in the dropdown menu. Together, we can ensure that no one in our church family walks through life’s big moments alone. For more information, or if you would like to volunteer to help prepare, deliver, or purchase meals, please see Erica Hoffman.
